Solutions Architect - Remote Role at Rain

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Solutions Architect - Remote to join our dynamic team at Rain. In this role, you'll work closely with our business, operations, and engineering teams to help prospects understand Rain’s capabilities, ensuring a smooth transition from interest to deployment. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact at a hypergrowth company that is reshaping the financial landscape.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer implementations from technical discovery through onboarding to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot client technical issues and provide hands-on support for Rain's platform integrations.
• Support customer conversations around API capabilities and guide clients through Rain platform development.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide structured customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
• Bridge the gap between customer needs and engineering solutions, advocating for fixes where necessary.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical experience in system integrations, such as Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer, or Implementation Specialist.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited program.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach, with a proven track record of delivering successful technical solutions.
• Strong communication abilities to explain complex products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, and/or other programming languages.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

• Fintech experience, particularly in neobanks or card issuing.
• Familiarity with financial APIs, webhook systems, and real-time payment processing.
