About the Role

• Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for various platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice.
• Design engaging visuals and coordinate video content to enhance our social media presence.
• Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages promptly, fostering relationships with industry influencers.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to refine our social media strategy and improve engagement rates.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create social assets that support outreach efforts.
• Experiment with different content formats and posting times to optimize reach and engagement.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR tech.
• Strong writing skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with content scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategies and performance metrics.
