About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Shop Manager to lead our Coffee Bar at Tchibo in Hamburg. As a Shop Manager, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• Implement our sales strategy effectively while ensuring a smooth operation in the shop.
• Maintain optimal product presentation and ensure the shop environment is inviting.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to your team members to enhance their performance.
• Manage inventory and ensure that stock levels meet customer demand.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of shop operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen understanding of sales metrics.
• Empathy and enthusiasm for motivating others.
