About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Technical Architect - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to design and implement solutions that enhance IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM). Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Architect, with a focus on ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD processes.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform features, modules, and integrations.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Relevant certifications in ServiceNow architecture or administration are a plus.
  • Experience with cloud solutions and enterprise architecture is desirable.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with JavaScript and web development technologies.
  • Knowledge of Linux systems and datacenter operations.
  • Experience in client consulting and account management.
