Senior UI/​UX Web Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Web Designer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This role will allow you to lead design projects from concept through execution, utilizing your strong Figma skills to create user-centered designs for websites and web applications.

What You'll Do

• Develop prototypes, wireframes, style tiles, and design concepts based on client needs and user behaviors.
• Incorporate feedback to refine designs and present them clearly to clients.
• Prepare development-ready design files with detailed notations and style guides.
• Analyze behavioral data from tools like Clarity and Google Analytics to inform UX strategies.
• Create data-backed sitemaps and journey maps to support UX improvements.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and adapting to different project scopes and budgets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UI/UX web design experience in a digital agency environment.
• Proven ability to lead design projects, including wireframing, mood boards, and client presentations.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and user experience focus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with user testing and research methodologies.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
