Senior UI Designer - Remote Opportunity with Relocation Support

About the Role

Join our fast-growing AI startup as a Senior UI Designer and leverage your skills to create impactful designs that power high-stakes decisions in global supply chains. This Senior UI Designer remote position allows you to work with a collaborative tech team in Porto, Portugal, where your expertise in Figma and design systems will be crucial.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and enhance the Figma component library to ensure consistency across products.
• Design high-quality UI elements that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
• Prototype quickly using existing design assets to streamline the design process.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align on design goals.
• Explore new UI directions and propose visual improvements to enhance user experience.
• Ensure usability and clarity in every pixel, driving visual coherence across screens and flows.
• Shape the user-facing logic of the industrial AI platform as a key member of the design team.

Requirements

• Strong UI fundamentals and a keen eye for visual detail.
• Advanced skills in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Experience in evolving design systems and working with B2B SaaS or data-heavy UIs is a plus.
• Ability to iterate quickly and accept constructive feedback.
• Clear communication of design decisions and rationale.
• Accessibility awareness, including contrast and keyboard navigation.
