About the Role

What You'll Do
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for stablecoin issuance and banking solutions in the MEA region.
- Originate strategic partnerships with leading banks and enterprises, leveraging your extensive network.
- Manage the entire deal lifecycle, from sourcing opportunities to structuring complex agreements.
- Act as a trusted advisor on digital asset implementation, enhancing treasury operations and FX settlements.
- Gather critical market intelligence to inform our global product roadmap and drive regional growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development within the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain technology and its application in solving inter-bank challenges.
- Proven track record in managing institutional client engagements and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
