About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at EverCommerce. This Senior Software Engineer remote position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of digitally transforming the service economy through innovative SaaS solutions. As a core member of our agile team, you'll deliver software updates and technical changes that empower our 725,000+ customers to thrive in their respective industries.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and deliver software changes that enhance user experience.
  • Utilize your expertise in Mobile, .NET, JavaScript, and API Design to solve technical challenges effectively.
  • Implement delivery techniques such as feature flagging and partial deployments to reduce risk.
  • Participate in incident response and on-call rotations as part of our commitment to customer success.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building SaaS applications.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
  • Proven experience with IaaS platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in mobile application development.
  • Familiarity with coaching and mentoring practices.
  • Passion for problem-solving and a natural curiosity to explore new technologies.
