About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Mobile Full Stack) to join our innovative team. What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack features and mobile-first products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Architect and deliver scalable, maintainable systems using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Build mobile applications using Flutter, Dart, NestJS, Node.js, Postgres, Microservices, and AWS.
- Develop backend services and APIs that enhance user experience.
- Drive product discovery and experimentation with a focus on user impact.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Contribute to strategic planning, product roadmaps, and technical initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or product-focused software development.
- Direct experience building mobile products from scratch in startup or greenfield environments.
- Hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart, Node.js (required), and NestJS (plus).
- Experience with Microservices and backend development.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, Firebase, or WebSockets is a plus.
- Experience in Agile environments and leading sprint planning or retrospectives.
- Proven experience in leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud services (AWS preferred).
- Knowledge of user experience design principles.
