Senior Software Engineer - B2B Platform Development

About the Role

Techmunity is hiring multiple Senior Software Engineers to join our London-based team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to building a generative B2B platform that allows companies to create highly personalized sales and marketing experiences at scale. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a product that is already live and utilized by well-known enterprise customers, helping them replace generic campaigns with one-to-one experiences across ads, landing pages, and customer touchpoints.

What You'll Do

• Build and evolve distributed backend systems that support our platform's growth.
• Handle event-driven workflows, integrations, and scalability challenges.
• Ship end-to-end product features with a clear customer impact.
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term architecture.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers in an engineer-led, PM-light environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, preferably in startup or scaleup environments.
• Strong knowledge of backend and/or frontend technologies, including Go, AWS, Kafka, Postgres, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience shipping real products with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to own problems from idea to production.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience with modern programming languages or frameworks outside of our current stack.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

What We Offer

• Salary range of £80K–£120K + equity, depending on level and impact.
• Hybrid work model with 3 days/week in Central London.
