Senior QEHS Engineer - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior QEHS Engineer to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will lead and manage the DTC Haiyan Quality Management System (QMS) build and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for document controls, process standard reviews, updates, and training. This Senior QEHS Engineer position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our quality and safety processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage internal and external audits, including MPA, PED, ETL, ISO9001, LOA IATF16949, ISO14001.
- Collaborate with TLH QMS responsible to manage the QMS process standards in Haiyan (DTC).
- Execute regular safety checks and audits to support a safe working environment in the DTC Haiyan factory.
- Work with team members to complete the QMS re-build and re-certification during H2C relocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for QEHS management.
Requirements
- Minimum of a BS Degree in engineering or quality management background.
- 5+ years of experience in quality management systems and safety controls.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
- Strong logical and systematic thinking abilities with the capacity to handle pressure.
- ISO/IATF internal auditor certification is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of environmental management systems.
