About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner for Customer CRM to join our team at Genentech. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years focused on CRM products.
  • Proven ability to lead product strategy and execution at a senior level.
  • Strong technical proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly Veeva and Salesforce.
  • Experience in highly regulated industries, preferably pharmaceutical or healthcare.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms relevant to life sciences.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel engagement platforms and digital marketing technologies.
