What You'll Do

• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features based on user needs.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to inform future enhancements.
• Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving user adoption.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
