What You'll Do

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and design teams to develop and launch new features that enhance user engagement.
• Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions and prioritize features effectively.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive user acquisition.
• Conduct A/B testing and user research to validate product hypotheses and improve user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on growth in a tech or FinTech environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving user growth.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
