About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Custody Solutions for Crypto to join our dynamic team at Anchorage Digital. As a key member of our Product team, you will drive the development of our industry-leading custody platform, which is essential for institutions participating in the digital asset ecosystem. This Senior Product Manager remote position offers the opportunity to shape the future of institutional digital asset custody.

What You'll Do

• Lead the product strategy for our custody solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of large institutions in the crypto space.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to enhance our custody infrastructure, integrating advanced security measures and operational controls.
• Drive product development processes, managing the product roadmap and prioritizing initiatives based on market needs and technical feasibility.
• Identify and resolve project blockers proactively to maintain momentum and ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Communicate product goals and updates effectively across the organization, fostering collaboration among Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience, particularly in the crypto or financial services sectors.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and digital asset management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive product development and achieve strategic objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of successfully launching products in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience writing smart contracts or developing decentralized applications (dApps).
• Background in engineering, providing a solid foundation for collaboration with technical teams.
