Senior Product Manager - Cloud Platform & Infrastructure

About the Role

Join Skydio as a Senior Product Manager, focusing on our Cloud Platform & Infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading US drone company that is at the forefront of autonomous flight technology. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering a multi-cloud, multi-region, and government-compliant platform that meets the needs of our diverse customer base. This position is fully remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute the Cloud Platform & Infrastructure roadmap, ensuring it aligns with Skydio's vision for secure and flexible cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SRE, cloud engineering, and security, to drive the development of platform capabilities.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Lead the productization of Skydio’s on-prem offerings, ensuring they are scalable and secure.
• Manage compliance and certification programs, including FedRAMP and CJIS, to ensure our products meet regulatory standards.
• Coordinate release planning and communicate expectations to internal teams and customers.
• Evangelize platform capabilities across the organization and create internal resources to support sales efforts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience, specifically in cloud platform or infrastructure products.
• Demonstrated ability to turn customer pain points into a prioritized product roadmap.
• Experience working with federal or defense customers and understanding regulatory requirements.
• Strong program management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across various teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and external auditors.

Nice to Have

• Experience with air-gapped and self-hosted deployments.
• Familiarity with cloud security and compliance frameworks.
• Previous experience in a senior product role.
