About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer - Transparency Experience to join Anchorage Digital, a leader in the crypto space. As a Senior Product Designer, you will focus on creating intuitive and scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly within Anchorage's ecosystem. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the future of finance.

What You'll Do

• Develop a deep understanding of the products we build and the problems we solve, creating new patterns that meld traditional financial workflows with the world of crypto.
• Design solutions for complex questions with no precedent for institutional users, ensuring operational efficiency and security.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to conduct research and engage with customers, exploring a broad range of solutions and narrowing down to the best options using strong rationale.
• Lead large, strategic, and complex projects, applying conceptual thinking to understand issues and their implications.
• Communicate complex issues clearly across a wide range of audiences, using storytelling to engage stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing world-class complex enterprise products.
• Proficiency in designing scalable systems, security, and compliance product functionalities.
• Ability to define strategy and solve complex challenges across iOS and Web platforms.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments.
• A compelling portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design work and storytelling.
