Senior Product Designer - Remote Position for B2B SaaS

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our B2B SaaS platform, focusing on CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management). What You'll Do

• Lead the design process from ideation to execution for our CLM product, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Utilize tools like Figma and Adobe XD to create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to align design with business goals.
• Implement accessibility best practices to ensure our product is usable for all customers.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our design capabilities.
• Participate in A/B testing and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React is a plus.
• Understanding of design systems and responsive design principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
