About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team at Plasma. This Senior Product Designer remote position offers you the chance to shape the future of financial applications built on blockchain technology. At Plasma, we are redefining how money moves and creating a seamless experience for users of our flagship product, Plasma One.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design across core money movement flows, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
• Establish and evolve a coherent design language that scales across platforms and products.
• Transform research and user insights into high-clarity design decisions that enhance user trust.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver polished features that meet user needs.
• Improve critical user journeys such as onboarding and money transfers, enhancing reliability and reducing friction.
• Pioneer innovative ways to make our stablecoin-powered product intuitive and essential for users.
• Set a shared vision early in the design process, resolving edge cases with precision.
• Help define how design operates at Plasma, setting standards for quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product designer with a portfolio showcasing shipped work that solves real problems.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to think in first principles and drive features from concept to production.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality under pressure.
• Familiarity with consumer fintech products and a passion for improving financial systems.
• Experience with crypto and stablecoins is a plus, but eagerness to learn is essential.
