Senior Officer - Pre-Production Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Officer - Pre-Production Remote to join our dynamic team at RPG Life Sciences. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project scheduling and planning in a remote capacity, ensuring that all pre-production activities align with our strategic goals.

What You'll Do

• Manage project scheduling and follow-up to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and supervise jobs within the section.
• Coordinate activities with vendors and other locations as required.
• Open tower batches for mass production in line with delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with procurement and steel departments to ensure compliance with plans.
• Prepare Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for project tracking.
• Lead improvement projects aimed at reducing cycle times and inventory levels.
• Ensure effective communication with project sites regarding supply schedules.

Requirements

• B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6-7 years of relevant work experience in project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and planning methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Experience in supply chain management.
• Familiarity with financial management principles.
