We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join our creative team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Motion Designer, you will leverage your expertise in 2D and 3D animation to create compelling visual narratives that resonate with audiences. What You'll Do

• Develop and execute high-quality motion graphics for various media platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and storyboard engaging animations.
• Utilize tools such as Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Photoshop to produce visually stunning graphics.
• Lead projects from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve your craft.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
• Explore procedural graphics and simulations using Houdini to enhance creative output.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design, including animation, modeling, and visual effects.
• Expertise in industry-standard software such as Cinema 4D, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong conceptual skills and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Experience in leading projects and mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with video editing and post-production processes is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Houdini for procedural graphics and simulations.
• Knowledge of current trends in motion design and animation.
• Experience in broadcast or television design.
