Senior Marketing Analyst/​Coordinator - Hybrid Role

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst/Coordinator to join our dynamic team at JND Inc. This Senior Marketing Analyst/Coordinator remote position offers a unique hybrid work model, allowing you to work onsite from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Fridays. You will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining merchandising strategies for Samsung’s retail initiatives, ensuring a best-in-class retail experience.

What You'll Do

• Implement and maintain merchandising strategies for Samsung’s retail initiatives across multiple channels.
• Work cross-functionally to innovate the execution and ongoing support of retail merchandising concepts.
• Guide merchandising planogram development in partnership with sales and product teams.
• Own the implementation of display units, visual merchandising elements, and retail graphics.
• Coordinate for on-device digital content and customization as needed.
• Effectively communicate merchandising execution plans to the field and carrier account teams.
• Track ROI and KPIs for all retail merchandising projects post-implementation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and operations for retail organizations.
• Highly proficient in Blue Yonder Space Planning and Floor Planning planogram program.
• Strong experience managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to make informed recommendations based on organizational objectives.
• Customer-focused with the ability to assess opportunities and adjust to changing needs.
• Experience in developing presentations using various PC applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the wireless industry.
• Understanding of consumer journey, trends, and insights.
• Experience engaging with leadership levels.
