Senior Manager of Operations & Programs - Remote

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Manager of Operations & Programs - Remote to lead our operations team. In this role, you will oversee various programs that enhance our customer experience and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure the successful execution of our operational goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage operations and programs to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to support program initiatives.
• Oversee the execution of strategic plans and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure effective communication with the sales engineering team.
• Support the development of training programs for technical customer support and sales enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or a related industry is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first work environment.
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cybersecurity or technical customer support.
• Familiarity with API and SDK integrations.
• Background in sales enablement or marketing operations.
