Senior Frontend Developer - SAPUI5 Framework

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. This Senior Frontend Developer remote position focuses on the SAPUI5 Framework and offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative projects while collaborating with UX specialists. You will be part of a hybrid work environment, spending 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

What You'll Do

• Execute peer reviews of code from your project peers, ensuring high-quality coding standards.
• Collaborate with UX specialists to create feasible designs based on the organization's UX patterns and standard Fiori floorplans.
• Develop highly reusable and clean code, libraries, and other artifacts.
• Optimize code for performance, stability, and scalability.
• Implement code according to organizational security and other regulations.
• Design and implement solutions that adhere to our architectural principles.
• Translate UX design wireframes into actual code that produces visual elements of the application.
• Proactively share challenges and best practices with your peers and the UX/UI competence teams.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in SAPUI5 Framework, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), Fiori, REST, and OData.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong skills in designing and developing secure, high-performance applications.
• Experience with software quality vulnerability testing tools like SonarQube.
• Willingness to learn new technologies such as Angular and JSF with PrimeFaces.
• Knowledge of the Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in working with Atlassian tools such as Jira Cloud and Jira Align.
