About the Role
Grafana Labs is hiring a full-time Senior Field Engineer to join our dynamic team, working remotely from the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining Grafana's solutions, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. What You'll Do
- Deploy Grafana solutions in various environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients, addressing any issues that arise.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of Grafana and its ecosystem, including monitoring and observability tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
