About the Role

RevenueCat is hiring a full-time Senior Event Manager to join our dynamic team, working remotely from Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact events that drive engagement and growth for our company. As a Senior Event Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our event strategy and ensuring that each event aligns with our brand and business goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event objectives, target audiences, and key messaging.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners to enhance event offerings.
• Analyze event performance metrics and provide insights to improve future events.
• Oversee event marketing efforts, including social media promotion and email campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events from conception to execution.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience with event management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity.
