Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical background in software engineering, with proficiency in GO, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience with cloud architectures and data engineering.
- Proven track record of leading successful engineering teams and delivering high-quality software products.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
