Senior Email Marketing Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at Arcadis, a leader in sustainable design and engineering solutions. This remote position will focus on delivering impactful email marketing campaigns globally and regionally, working closely with our Marcomms and local teams to enhance engagement and drive results.

What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee the email marketing calendar to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on email campaigns to maintain high standards of delivery.
• Lead bi-weekly discussions to strategize and implement regional email marketing initiatives.
• Analyze email performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement.
• Set up and execute complex multi-step email campaigns, including A/B testing and nurturing sequences.
• Support user management and governance within our marketing automation platform.
• Assist stakeholders in gathering and analyzing campaign requirements for effective project management.
• Generate comprehensive reports using Oracle BI to support complex reporting needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
• Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms, preferably Eloqua.
• Intermediate skills in HTML/CSS and reporting analytics.
• Familiarity with email standards and privacy laws (SPF, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud or Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
• Knowledge of campaign planning and conceptualization.
