Senior Educator - Early Childhood Education (Remote Opportunity)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Educator to join our team in a remote capacity at Goodstart Early Learning. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about shaping children's lives during their crucial developmental years while leading a team to achieve better outcomes for the future.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs tailored to meet the needs of all children.
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children, adhering to the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Take charge of your own room, fostering a culture of learning and growth among your team.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Experience in leading teams and delivering quality educational programs.
• Commitment to safety and inclusivity in all learning experiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience with diverse cultural backgrounds and practices.
• Knowledge of current trends in early childhood education.
