What You'll Do

• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze shipping data.

• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through data visualization and presentations.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the data science team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and machine learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with a strong understanding of data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the logistics or shipping industry.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
