Senior Data Analyst - Remote Opportunity at KAIROS Digital Solutions

About the Role

Join our team as a Senior Data Analyst remote! At KAIROS Digital Solutions, we are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to help drive data-driven decisions within our organization. You will work closely with various product and business units, particularly in the banking sector, to develop data-driven products and extract actionable insights from available information.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop dashboards and data models using Amazon QuickSight.
• Process and transform large volumes of data utilizing PySpark.
• Connect, model, and optimize datasets for analytical consumption.
• Analyze key metrics and generate actionable insights for business teams.
• Interact with stakeholders to understand strategic needs and translate them into data solutions.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, performance, and security of data.
• Document solutions and apply best development practices.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Amazon QuickSight (modeling, calculations, optimization).
• Proven experience in AWS data environments.
• Advanced programming skills in PySpark and Python.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Ability to communicate results to non-technical profiles.
• Senior enough to interact with business teams autonomously.

Nice to Have

• Strong business sense to draw relevant, impact-oriented conclusions.
• Experience in the financial sector or corporate Business Intelligence environments.
• Solid background in software development (architecture, testing, best practices).
• Experience in data science/machine learning.
• Familiarity with other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
