Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist - FinTech
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic FinTech company. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits systems while working remotely or in a hybrid model. You will play a crucial role in shaping our employee value proposition and ensuring our compensation strategies align with market trends.
What You'll Do
- Develop and coordinate compensation and benefits systems, including salaries, bonuses, insurance, and perks.
- Prepare policies, regulations, and documentation related to compensation and benefits.
- Support the implementation and ongoing development of C&B systems (excluding payroll calculations).
- Analyze market compensation trends and prepare analytics for management.
- Maintain data related to salaries and benefits.
- Support relocations and associated compensation matters.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment on compensation strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience working with international teams in a multi-currency environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Attention to detail and experience handling confidential information.
- English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Knowledge of labor and tax legislation in Cyprus is an advantage.
