Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist - FinTech

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic FinTech company. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits systems while working remotely or in a hybrid model. You will play a crucial role in shaping our employee value proposition and ensuring our compensation strategies align with market trends.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and coordinate compensation and benefits systems, including salaries, bonuses, insurance, and perks.
  • Prepare policies, regulations, and documentation related to compensation and benefits.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing development of C&B systems (excluding payroll calculations).
  • Analyze market compensation trends and prepare analytics for management.
  • Maintain data related to salaries and benefits.
  • Support relocations and associated compensation matters.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment on compensation strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience working with international teams in a multi-currency environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and experience handling confidential information.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Knowledge of labor and tax legislation in Cyprus is an advantage.

  • Experience in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
  • Implementation experience with HRIS or ERP systems.
