About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Golang) to join our dynamic team at Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to design and develop complex backend logic for our Strategy Engine, enhancing user experiences across our platform.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop backend systems using Golang to support dynamic UI functionality on our app.
• Collaborate with data analysts to analyze user data and establish effective strategies that maximize user value.
• Work closely with Product Managers, DevOps, QA, and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Advocate for technology best practices within the team and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Engage in data-driven or AI projects to enhance our offerings and improve user experiences.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of backend software development experience, with strong proficiency in Golang and Python.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software frameworks and design patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, message brokers, relational databases, big data, and microservices architecture.
• Experience in data-driven or AI projects is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with blockchain technology and its applications.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
