As a Senior AI & NLP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining software applications that enhance machine translation engines and optimize data quality.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain software applications in the fields of NLP, ML, and AI.
• Train custom machine learning and deep learning models based on structured and unstructured data.
• Select features and build classifiers using advanced ML techniques.
• Improve the quality of machine translation engines for various language pairs.
• Collaborate with data stewards and IT stakeholders to define data rules and ensure data integrity.
• Create automated anomaly detection systems and track their performance.
• Design IT architecture solutions in the NLP/ML/AI fields.
• Provide expert advice on AI systems and data management technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 9+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on AI and NLP.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Perl, Python, Matlab, and R, along with their NLP/ML libraries (e.g., SpaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn).
• Experience with ML techniques and algorithms including k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, and Neural Networks.
• Familiarity with data analytics over large datasets and big data technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, as well as database management systems.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Certification in AWS Certified Machine Learning or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like D3.js or GGplot.
