About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Ad Sales Director Remote to join our dynamic team at Brave. As a leader in the digital advertising space, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and enhancing our revenue streams. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Germany while making a significant impact on our mission to protect online privacy.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, qualify, and quantify advertising clients to grow Brave's revenue.
  • Develop compelling business cases and innovative proposals that create value for both Brave and our clients.
  • Foster relationships and lead discussions with partners, ranging from C-level executives to key functional leads.
  • Utilize your extensive network to create strategic brand partnerships.
  • Maintain and develop a robust pipeline of potential advertiser leads in priority verticals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, and engineering teams to onboard partners effectively.
  • Influence key discussions regarding partnership strategy and platform roadmap.
  • Support strategic partnerships alongside Brave’s executive team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in selling various digital media ad products, including Search, Performance Media, and Brand Advertising.
  • Strong network of advertising buyers and exceptional presentation skills.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Digital Media Sales & Management.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining a $5-10 million book of business.
  • Highly organized in managing all aspects of client service.
  • Experience in executive-level presentations, both internally and externally.
  • Must reside in Germany and speak fluent German.
  • 10+ years of overall business experience preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends.
