About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Accounting and Finance Advisory Consultant - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in accounting and finance to provide strategic advisory services to our diverse clientele. As a Senior Accounting and Finance Advisory Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing financial performance and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP standards.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert advisory services in financial reporting, compliance, and operational accounting.
• Lead ERP implementation projects, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and automation technologies.
• Conduct audits and financial simulations to assess and improve financial processes.
• Assist clients with budget planning and financial forecasting, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive O2C transformation and enhance overall financial efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
