What You'll Do

  • Administer and manage tasks within Jungo/Salesforce, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
  • Set up new users and maintain platform functionality to enhance user experience.
  • Perform data organization and cleanup, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all data sets.
  • Upload and manage contact and loan data with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Conduct business analysis and work extensively with spreadsheets in Excel, utilizing pivot tables and VLOOKUP for data interpretation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support IT projects involving data management and operational efficiency.
  • Drive onboarding processes for new users, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge to succeed.
  • Support the company’s commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in IT project administration or management roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce; certification is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jungo is advantageous.
