  • Contribute to store sales goals and team selling processes while delivering meaningful client experiences.
  • Assist with employee recruiting and help train new teammates to foster a supportive environment.
  • Work alongside management to ensure team members and clients are comfortable and well-informed.
  • Demonstrate openness to feedback and initiate self-development based on assessments from leaders and peers.

Requirements
