About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join our team at glassybaby. This Sales Associate remote position is an exciting opportunity to promote our unique glass products and provide exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in achieving store sales goals and sharing the glassybaby giving message with our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Sell glassybaby products and accessories in the retail store to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain the storefront to glassybaby standards through cleaning, inventory management, and packaging replenishment.
  • Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone, ensuring clear communication and transaction efficiency.
  • Operate Point of Sale software with precision and accuracy, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Promote events and rentals, increasing brand awareness and sales through community outreach.
  • Engage customers by sharing stories and the glassybaby giving message, fostering partnerships and goodwill.
  • Assist with event staffing and ensure customers leave excited about their experience.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred, especially in luxury brand sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience with NetSuite and Shopify is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and work in various weather conditions.
