About the Role

Join our team as a Sales Associate in Bicester Village, where you will elevate and grow Bang & Olufsen’s presence in the luxury audio market. As a Sales Associate, you will uphold high levels of customer service standards while selling our full range of premium products and services. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your sales skills will directly contribute to achieving and exceeding store and individual sales targets.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and assist customers daily, providing exceptional service that reflects the Bang & Olufsen brand.
  • Compose and sell all Bang & Olufsen products, ensuring customers receive tailored recommendations.
  • Attend customer events in-store and with local partners, showcasing our products and engaging with the community.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and build the store's customer database using our CRM system.
  • Deliver impeccable luxury customer service, creating lasting relationships and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Manage customer queries professionally, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
  • Participate in training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Maintain store standards as directed by the store manager, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury or premium goods retail environment.
  • Strong interest in sound, aesthetics, and high-end designer products.
  • Proven track record in generating sales leads and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Familiarity with high-end electronics and the Bang & Olufsen brand is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are beneficial.
  • Clean criminal record and flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
