What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver engaging virtual workshops utilizing Microsoft Teams and other videoconferencing systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and validate clinical content that meets the needs of various audiences.
• Apply your clinical knowledge in acute care, emergency department, and pediatric settings to enhance training materials.
• Utilize AI tools and machine learning to improve healthcare assessments and training methodologies.
• Participate in curriculum development and SOP validation to ensure the highest standards of care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license with significant ICU experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in virtual environments.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems, including EMR systems and Microsoft Cloud.
• Proven ability to develop clinical content and facilitate workshops.
• Familiarity with video production and online content review processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in speech-language pathology or occupational therapy.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular technology and rheumatoid arthritis management.
• Previous experience in healthcare training or education.
