What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for building and nurturing partnerships with insurance companies and retail operations.
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue and EBITDA growth.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with strategic partners, including major retailers like Lowes and Home Depot.
- Explore opportunities in nontraditional distribution channels to enhance our market reach.
- Lead negotiations for new contracts and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline development and management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of successful partnership development.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and leveraging technology to enhance sales processes.
