What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for building and nurturing partnerships with insurance companies and retail operations.
  • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue and EBITDA growth.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with strategic partners, including major retailers like Lowes and Home Depot.
  • Explore opportunities in nontraditional distribution channels to enhance our market reach.
  • Lead negotiations for new contracts and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline development and management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of successful partnership development.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and leveraging technology to enhance sales processes.
