About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Translator who is proficient in CAT tools such as Trados and Phrase. In this role, you will translate marketing texts with a focus on cycling terminology. What You'll Do

• Translate marketing materials from English to various languages including Polish, Slovak, Serbian, Hungarian, Latvian, Korean, and Traditional Chinese.
• Utilize CAT tools like Trados and Phrase to ensure consistency and quality in translations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand the context and nuances of the texts you are translating.
• Review and edit translations for accuracy and style, ensuring they meet the company’s standards.
• Stay updated on cycling terminology and industry trends to enhance translation quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a translator, preferably with marketing texts.
• Strong knowledge of CAT tools, particularly Trados and Phrase.
• Fluency in English and at least one of the target languages: Polish, Slovak, Serbian, Hungarian, Latvian, Korean, or Traditional Chinese.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in translating cycling-related content.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and how they apply to translation.
• Additional language skills beyond the required pairs.
