About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Technical Lead DevOps to join our innovative team at Nearform. This is a permanent full-time remote opportunity for candidates based in Italy. As a Technical Lead DevOps, you will play a crucial role in leading our engineering function, collaborating with clients to translate complex business requirements into innovative digital products.

What You'll Do

• Lead and guide distributed teams in developing secure, high-performance applications.
• Utilize cutting-edge technologies to build scalable solutions that address real-world problems.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to enhance digital experiences.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role.
