Remote Talent Coordinator - Global Hiring Operations
About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Talent Coordinator to join our dynamic Global Talent Acquisition team at Bjak. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting high-volume, multi-market hiring efforts while ensuring that our hiring operations remain structured, accurate, and efficient. As a Remote Talent Coordinator, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers globally, contributing to our mission of building superior application platforms that positively impact society.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, effectively managing complex calendars.
- Maintain ATS accuracy through daily checks on candidate stages, data, and interview feedback.
- Follow up with interviewers to ensure timely submission of interview feedback.
- Draft offer letters and coordinate pre-hire documentation for successful candidates.
- Regularly review job descriptions, monitor applicant volume and funnel performance, and flag issues early.
- Manage job posting and reposting activity across job boards and hiring channels to maintain healthy applicant flow.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfort working with global teams across different time zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring.
- Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS tools.
- Exposure to job posting optimization or recruitment metrics.
- Background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or operations.
