Remote Support BCBA - Behavior Analysis Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Remote Support BCBA to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center. In this role, you will provide essential support for individuals with autism through behavior analysis and therapy. As a Remote Support BCBA, you will work closely with clients and their families to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring that each individual receives the highest quality of care.

What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism.
• Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members.
• Utilize Microsoft Teams for remote consultations and therapy sessions.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with ABA standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and attend annual conferences.
• Manage caseload effectively, ensuring timely communication with clients and families.
• Engage in financial reporting and budgeting activities as needed.

Requirements

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a valid certification.
• Experience in behavior analysis and working with individuals with autism.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to manage a caseload and provide effective supervision.
• Knowledge of clinical evaluation techniques and autism assessment tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADIR).
• Experience with documentation and compliance in ABA therapy.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Nice to Have

• Experience in telehealth services.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and GAAP standards.
• Background in marketing and communications.
