What You'll Do

  • Conduct critical job searches for various teams across locations, owning the process from kick-off to close.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Form strategic partnerships with hiring managers to enable informed, data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Build inclusive and equitable hiring practices while continuously seeking improvements in recruitment processes.
  • Communicate Greenhouse's value and mission effectively to inspire candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong consultative skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in building inclusive hiring practices.
