What You'll Do
- Conduct critical job searches for various teams across locations, owning the process from kick-off to close.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Form strategic partnerships with hiring managers to enable informed, data-driven hiring decisions.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
- Build inclusive and equitable hiring practices while continuously seeking improvements in recruitment processes.
- Communicate Greenhouse's value and mission effectively to inspire candidates and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong consultative skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in building inclusive hiring practices.
