About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Senior Paid Search Analyst to join our dynamic Unlock Health Media team. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day management of high-performance, results-driven SEM campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions for our healthcare clients. As a core member of our team, you will design, implement, optimize, and analyze paid search initiatives that are critical to our clients' success.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute paid search strategies across platforms such as SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant, high-impact opportunities that enhance campaign performance.
  • Build and manage campaigns, ad groups, ad copy, and bid strategies across various search engines.
  • Effectively manage SEM budgets, allocating spend, optimizing pacing, and ensuring cost-efficiency and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Implement conversion tracking and interpret performance signals to guide campaign decisions and improvements.
  • Analyze optimization scores to understand their impact on performance and cost, ensuring campaigns are always aligned with client goals.
  • Establish client-specific benchmarks to measure performance and success metrics.
  • Mentor and develop junior Paid Search Analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid search marketing, specifically within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in SEM platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
  • Experience with AI tools and their application in paid search workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging best practices.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital landscape.
