What You'll Do

• Strategically lead and continuously enhance the organization’s healthcare privacy and compliance program.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across and outside the organization to maintain effective compliance practices.
• Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare privacy and compliance management.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and other healthcare compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in developing compliance training programs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
