About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Salesforce System Administrator to join our team at inKind. This role is pivotal in executing our B2B recovery strategy across our restaurant partner portfolio. As a Remote Salesforce System Administrator, you will work independently to manage complex, high-dollar accounts and lead negotiations with ownership groups and operators. Your expertise will help drive recovery outcomes that protect inKind's financial position while maintaining long-term partner trust.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute the B2B recovery strategy for inKind's restaurant partners.
• Manage high-risk accounts and lead negotiations with senior stakeholders.
• Utilize Salesforce to track and manage recovery processes effectively.
• Engage with restaurant operators to navigate sensitive financial situations.
• Analyze financial data to inform recovery strategies and decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a B2B recovery or financial negotiation role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Strong understanding of financial performance, cash flow, and risk management.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
